About Pete the Plumber

Pete was a union plumber and Amy was an accountant for other businesses when they started the company with one Ford F150 pickup. They had no customer base and no bank loans. They printed flyers and, with their son Zach, hung them on doors in Lebanon, Springboro, Monroe, Middletown and more. As calls came in, Amy ran the office and answered the phones, and Pete built a reputation for honest work. Over time we added plumbers, apprentices and office help. Amy may still answer when you call. We send licensed plumbers to your home, not unlicensed technicians. Our plumbers are trained in plumbing, not sales techniques, and we will not sell you something you do not need. We give you our price up front, review it again in person, and get your written approval before we start. We wear shoe covers, use floor protection and clean up when the job is done. If a warrantied repair fails within the warranty, we make the needed repairs at no cost to you.
