Water Heater Repair and Replacement
We repair and replace water heaters for homes and businesses in Lebanon, Mason, Springboro and nearby Warren County towns.
A water heater usually gives warning before it quits. You may see lukewarm showers, rusty hot water, popping noises from the tank, or water pooling around the base. Some of these are a repair. Others mean the tank has reached the end of its life, and we will tell you which one you have. We repair and replace water heaters. When a replacement makes sense, we go over the choices with you, including tank and tankless units and the different sizes available. One customer of ours was weighing a tankless unit, and we gave estimates on two tank sizes and the tankless option so they could compare before deciding. You get our up front pricing before we come to your home. When the plumber arrives, he looks at the heater, reviews the price with you again, and gets your written approval before starting. He wears shoe covers, uses floor protection, and cleans up the work area when the job is done. If a repair we made is covered by warranty and fails within that warranty, we fix it at no cost to you.

Will I know the cost before you start?
Yes. We give up front pricing when you call, review it again at your home, and get your written approval before we begin.
